Responsibilities:
  • Issue, receive, and maintain uniforms for all hotel employees in accordance with the hotel’s standards.
  • Inspect, sort, and record uniforms that require repair, replacement, or cleaning.
  • Coordinate with the laundry department or external vendors for uniform cleaning and maintenance.
  • Ensure proper labeling and organization of uniforms for efficient distribution.
  • Monitor uniform stock levels and report shortages or damage to the supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the uniform room.
  • Assist in the fitting and alteration of uniforms as required.
  • Keep accurate inventory records and participate in stock audits.
  • Uphold Sofitel’s grooming and uniform standards for all team members.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a uniform or laundry operation is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of fabric care and garment handling.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift and carry uniform bundles.
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and inventory management.
