Synapxe invites a Uni Intern in HR Learning Systems and Programme to contribute to governance and data analysis for learning initiatives. You will assist in LMS governance, data collation, and support documentation of training claims and payments.

The role involves coordinating Enterprise Learning Series, TGIF sessions, and VR module projects, with focus on effective communication and stakeholder engagement in HealthTech learning.

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

1. Learning Management Systems and Processes Governance

• Monitor performance of the External Learning Request portlet for continual streamlining of the external learning request process and data collation for analysis of learning needs in Synapxe.
• Execute and refine governance measures to ensure timely completion and verification of external learning requests and ensure adherence to guidelines for training claims and payments.
• Support the development of standard operating procedures for implementation and management of learning initiatives within SuccessFactors Learning Management System – including item/curricula/assignment profile creation, e-learning module upload/testing, management of reporting and monitoring of completion

2. Development & Management of Learning Initiatives

• Assist in the development and implementation of Enterprise Learning Series for in learning areas such as effective communications, stakeholder management, and product thinking/management.
• Support the planning and coordination of monthly TGIF (Together, we Grow, Innovate and Flourish) sessions to facilitate a pipeline of topics for social learning and awareness building based on key organisational themes.
• Drive the planning, facilitation and stakeholder engagement for the Healthcare Landscape Virtual Reality Modules and induct new facilitators from TMCD on conducting the weekly learning sessions.
• Facilitate seamless delivery of core in-house learning programmes through efficient logistics, data and system management.
• Engage stakeholders on end-to-end processes pertaining to programme registration and completion declaration, in alignment with Synapxe Learning & Development policy
• Support the operationalisation of key enterprise learning events through contracting support, management of registrations and monitoring of attendance.

About You:

• Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Meticulous and proficient in data management/analysis
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of and/or experience with HR/learning management systems preferred
• Knowledge with any automation tools like Power Automate will be an advantage
• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
