Job summary

APRICOT STONE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Junior SME Loan Advisor / Business Financing Consultant in Singapore to drive new business on a pure commission model.

You will engage SME owners, assess financing needs, and present suitable options across term loans, PSG, EDG, invoice factoring, and property loans. This independent contractor role offers uncapped earnings and a structured commission scheme, with training and qualified leads provided.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience is highly advantageous, particularly in banking, property, insurance, or B2B sales.
• Fresh graduates with a strong sales drive are welcome to apply.
• Possesses an established network of SME clients, business introducers, or referral partners is highly preferred.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented; able to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus to liaise with Chinese-speaking business owners.
• Must be residing in Singapore with valid work documents.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage SME owners and decision-makers.
• Consult with business owners to understand cash flow and financing needs.
• Recommend financing options (term loans, PSG, EDG, factoring, property loans) and structure deals.
• Guide clients through loan applications from documents to disbursement.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
• Ensure activities adhere to procedures and regulations.
