Job summary

ABeam Consulting Singapore is seeking an 1–2 year experienced UiPath/RPA professional to join the Agentic Intelligence (AI) team. You will design, develop, and support automated workflows and agentic AI solutions for diverse clients, both onsite and remotely.

Ideal candidates bring exposure to LangChain/LangGraph/LangSmith, API integrations, and GenAI concepts. Willingness to travel up to 50%+ and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 1–2 years hands-on UiPath or other RPA experience; AI-driven automation preferred.
• Familiarity with agent orchestration and LLM frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph/LangSmith).
• Strong understanding of automation lifecycle and software development practices.
• Experience with APIs, services, and databases to support automation.
• Exposure to GenAI/LLM concepts and prompt engineering is a plus.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• UiPath ADP certification or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Deliver RPA and Agentic AI solutions across onsite and remote client engagements.
• Design, develop, test, deploy and document automated workflows and agentic AI processes.
• Create and review BRD, PDD, SDD and agent design artefacts.
• Analyse business processes and translate requirements into automation solutions.
• Provide L1–L3 support for automations and AI solutions; incident resolution.
• Perform end-to-end testing including AI output validation and prompt evaluation.
