Responsibilities

• Assist Product Manager in defining product roadmaps and strategies.
• Document design processes and onboarding materials for new team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals.
• Participate in user journey mapping to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Support development of user personas and scenarios to guide design decisions.
• Create and maintain wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve app designs.
• Assist accessibility testing and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools to contribute fresh ideas.
