Job summary

Sedha Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced UI/UX leader to drive design vision for citizen-facing digital services in Singapore. You will oversee a team of designers, shape strategy, and ensure high-quality outcomes through research, prototyping, and hands-on collaboration.

You will work with product managers, engineers, policy officers, and agency stakeholders in Agile teams, translating complex policies into intuitive interfaces and presenting progress with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UI/UX experience, including 2-3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showing breadth of work across citizen-facing services.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of UI/UX designers, setting design vision and strategy for citizen-facing digital services.
• Drive the end-to-end design process: research, journey mapping, prototyping, usability testing, and developer handover.
• Conduct user research with diverse citizen groups and synthesize insights into design decisions.
• Translate policy intent and complex processes into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, policy officers, and agency stakeholders in Agile teams.
• Present design rationale and progress to senior management; use data and analytics to measure outcomes and iterate.
