Job summary

talentsis pte. ltd. is seeking a creative and user-focused designer to craft engaging experiences across web, mobile, and print.

You will collaborate closely with project stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and design requirements, and conduct user research to deliver actionable insights that inform intuitive design solutions. You will create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs for websites and apps, and work with frontend developers to implement

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant design experience across web, mobile, and print.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design, user-centered thinking, research, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma or similar.
• Experience in requirement gathering via workshops, interviews, and research.
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Ability to communicate ideas through storytelling, storyboards, mood boards, flowcharts, and presentations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills; strong collaboration abilities.
• High attention to detail; adheres to system and brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Good business acumen; understands and contributes to business goals.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, project management, and front-end development is a plus.

Responsibilities
