Job description

We’re seeking a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, accessible, and scalable user experiences for government digital solutions, including apps built on the Microsoft Power Platform. You will collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to ensure a user-first design approach from concept to delivery.

Job Highlights:

Contract Duration: 12 months
Salary: $4,000–$5,000/month
Work Hours: Mon–Fri (Office Hours)
Location: Central Region
Qualification: Degree in Design, HCI, or related
Experience: Minimum 3 years in UI/UX Design

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to gather requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and functional prototypes
• Design user interfaces and flows for internal applications built using Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs based on real user behavior and feedback
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility, usability, and enterprise design standards for consistent user experience
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and handover documentation
• Advocate for user-centered design in the development of digital tools supporting government operations

Who We’re Looking For

• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio in user-centered design
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch; experience designing for Microsoft Power Platform is a strong advantage
• Skilled in usability testing, stakeholder communication, and UI documentation
• Detail-oriented and able to manage tight timelines in an agile environment
