As the UI-X Design, you will be part of the Product team, playing a crucial role in creating user-centred experiences to turn complex workflows into intuitive journeys that users enjoy navigating. This opening is an opportunity to tackle interesting design challenges in an enterprise context, balancing aesthetics with high functionality requirements while building a portfolio of work that demonstrates real business impact. Additionally, you will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate on designing intuitive interfaces for our AI powered features, making advanced machine learning capabilities accessible and user friendly within our software.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to transform complex processes into intuitive digital experiences

• Collaborate with product managers and subject matter experts to deeply understand user pain points in regulatory processes

• Conduct user research and usability testing with financial professionals to ensure designs meet real-world needs

• Contribute to our evolving design system, creating reusable components that ensure consistency and efficiency

• Identify opportunities to reduce cognitive load in compliance workflows through thoughtful interface improvements

• Help create experiences that give U-Reg a competitive advantage through superior usability in a traditionally complex domain

• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
