About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design user-friendly digital experiences that enhance customer interactions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive interfaces, and deliver design solutions that align with our client's brand and business goals. Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define design requirements and project objectives.
  • Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to uncover insights and validate design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize user flows and interactions.
  • Design visually appealing, accessible, and intuitive interfaces that comply with regulatory and brand standards.
  • Continuously refine designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and usability testing results.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation while maintaining design integrity.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design for financial services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction , or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within banking, fintech, or financial services .
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI projects (research, wireframing, prototyping, and final designs).
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD , or similar design tools.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles , accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based workflows .
