The Role

We are looking for an experienced UI-focused Product Designer to take ownership of our marketing website from a design perspective, as well as our design system and components library.

Responsibilities

1. Own, maintain, and evolve our scalable design system that supports our website experience
2. Take full ownership of the design for our public-facing marketing website, aligning design solutions with brand vision and business goals
3. Conduct user research and testing to iterate and optimize designs for performance and key metrics
4. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
5. Champion design thinking and critical problem-solving to improve collaboration and workflow efficiency across teams
6. Lead design workshops and collaborative design reviews with team members and stakeholders
7. Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance
