Who is the UI Designer?

We’re on the hunt for a UI Designer who thrives in a startup environment—someone who can flex across multiple design muscles without skipping a beat.

You’ll be partnering closely with a senior design lead and working with cross-functional teams across APAC. One day, you might be jazzing up a GTM deck: the next, you’re designing a product interface or turning raw insights into sleek visuals. If you’ve got agency hustle or in-house depth—and love making things look (and work) beautifully—we’d love to meet you.

This is a hands-on, ownership-heavy role where you’ll shape the customer journey from the first pitch to post-sale engagement. We move fast, collaborate openly, and care deeply about doing great work.

What You’ll Do:

UI/UX & Visual Design

  • Create wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
  • Prototype, test, and iterate based on user/stakeholder feedback
  • Elevate the look and feel of client and sales presentations

Brand & Communication Strategy

  • Translate business needs into compelling visual ideas
  • Support product, sales, and marketing teams with on-brand design solutions
  • Maintain visual consistency across all channels and formats
  • Present your work clearly and receive feedback like a pro—iterating with purpose
  • Be a design sounding board: Help solve creative problems by asking focused, goal-oriented questions and clarifying objectives
  • Work independently with high accountability
  • Stay proactive, communicative, and aligned— especially when collaborating across regions
  • Embrace feedback and fluidity like a true creative collaborator

Who You Are:

  • 3–5+ years in a design, content, or brand role (agency or in-house)
  • A portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, graphic design, and/or presentation work
  • Strong Figma skills (bonus if you prototype)
  • Some Adobe know-how (Illustrator, Photoshop) is great, but not essential
  • Detail-oriented and able to deliver quality work on tight timelines
  • Comfortable working autonomously and navigating ambiguity
