Compensation: Base Salary + Monthly Performance Bonus (Up to SGD 5,500/month)

Your Mission

As our UGC Content Manager, you’ll be the rocket fuel behind WELIVE’s shoppable content engine — creating TikTok videos that don’t just look good, but sells.

You’ll work side by side with the founders to launch videos for new products into the pool, create content that converts, and shape the future of creator commerce.

Think of it like sales — but instead of selling with a script, you sell with content.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan, shoot & edit UGC-style TikTok videos that stop the scroll and drive sales (MAIN)
• Reclip & reupload viral videos from other platforms to spark fresh engagement (MAIN)
• Design simple but impactful marketing materials: banners, product visuals, print assets & educational graphics
• Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns & product pushes
• Track video performance and suggest creative improvements
• Help manage our Telegram community: schedule messages, plan engagement hooks, and keep the vibes alive (Secondary)
