Job description

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Automic Automation (UC4) or a comparable job scheduling/workflow automation system.
• Proven expertise in designing and developing complex workflows using Automic Automation Engine (UC4).
• Hands-on experience in processing service requests related to job scheduling and automation.
• Ability to advise IT service owners as a subject matter expert in workflow automation.
• Strong working knowledge of Unix, Java, and Shell scripting.
• Solid understanding of IT operations and related processes.
• Experience with technical requirements analysis, project planning, and coordination.
• Familiarity with and practical experience in Change & Release Management and Incident Management.
