• Proven expertise in designing and developing complex workflows using Automic Automation Engine (UC4) .
• Hands-on experience in processing service requests related to job scheduling and automation.
• Ability to advise IT service owners as a subject matter expert in workflow automation .
• Strong working knowledge of Unix, Java, and Shell scripting .
• Solid understanding of IT operations and related processes .
• Experience with technical requirements analysis , project planning , and coordination .
• Familiarity with and practical experience in Change & Release Management and Incident Management .
