An Indoor Sales and Admin role combines sales responsibilities with administrative duties. It involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the sales team. This role typically requires strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Marketing efforts to generate, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales. Tracking sales team performance and assisting in meeting sales targets.
  2. Customer Interaction: Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing product information, and processing orders. Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, such as generating reports, maintaining records, and managing customer databases.
  3. Order Management: Processing sales orders, quotes, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Handling paperwork, updating customer records, managing stock levels, and coordinating deliveries.
  5. Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  6. Communication: Maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  7. Follow up on receivables: Responsible for payment follow up and collection for own sales.
  8. Upselling and Cross-selling: Assisting in upselling and cross-selling products based on customer needs.

Required Skills:

  1. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
  2. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain accurate records.
  3. Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build relationships.
  4. Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  5. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and customer inquiries.
  6. Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets.
  8. Product Knowledge: Understanding of the company's products and services.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of Singapore sales experience in construction related.
  2. Monthly salary $3,000/mth.
  3. High commission (Gross salary may exceed $5,000/mth).
  4. 5-day work week (8.30am – 5.30pm or 40 hours work week).
  5. 32 days Leave (14 days annual leave + 14 days sick leave + 4 days casual leave).
