Location: Tanjong Pagar MRT

Working Hours: Mon - Thur (830am to 6pm), Fri (830am to 530pm)

Salary: $12-$15/hr

Contract Duration: 11 Months

Job Scope:

• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for phase 2 of Electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) and document test outcomes.

• Support the migration of eQMS data to NEXUS and troubleshoot workflow issues.

• Help coordinate and verify process maps and operating procedures for ISO certification.

• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of quality management documentation.

• Assist in ISO9001 training, internal audit preparation, and gap analysis.

• Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Accountancy, Banking & Finance or relevant

• Must have past relevant work experience

• Must be proficient in Excel
