Job summary

D L Resources Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a junior QA Tester to support UAT activities for banking systems. You will execute manual and automated tests, align with UAT plan, and ensure coverage of test scope within timelines.

You will report defects, participate in defect management, and help publish metrics. Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in Swift-related operations is an advantage, and you will gain training on Tosca/Selenium/Appium.

Qualifications

• Must have Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; entry level experience preferred.
• Experience in operations, especially in Swift standard in Cash Management/Trade Finance/Loans/Channels, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle Manual / Automated Test Execution (using TOSCA / other bank approved tool) as per the UAT Plan in line with the test strategy and test plan.
• Ensure all test scope and test cases are executed and fulfil the specified requirements within the agreed timeline.
• Report defects discovered in UAT, attend defect calls and participate in defect management process and retest.
• Review UAT test results and publish test metrics.
• Ensure UAT artifacts and sign-offs are saved as the UAT audit trail.
• Provide operational readiness support and conduct training on new system/ enhancement to impacted operations and/ or business users.
• Provide post-implementation support to operations users.
