Job summary

A consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to ensure timely project delivery and manage user acceptance testing. Responsibilities

• Ensure the project is delivered on time and with good quality.
• Join discussions with stakeholders and document business needs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to keep the project on schedule.
• Turn business needs into test cases for user acceptance testing.
• Carry out UAT and keep proper records of the results.
• Monitor and track issues, working with IT to fix them.
• Lead meetings with IT to review and resolve defects.
• Create training materials and train users.
• Verify system functionality after going live.
• Look for ways to improve processes.
