Job summary

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Singapore seeks qualified UAS instructors to assist the Chief Instructor in delivering CAAS UAPL practical training. Courses run five days with 28 hours of hands-on flight work and related preparation.

Ideal candidates hold FAA Part 107 and CAAS pilot licenses, have flown small UAS (DJI Phantom, Mavic, Inspire), and can teach effectively. Pay is SGD 1,260 per course, contingent on satisfactory performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of UAS operations and CAAS ANR 101 regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills.
• Teaching experience in practical UAS training preferred.
• Experience flying small UAS drones (DJI Phantom, Mavic, Inspire).
• Experience in flight planning and post-processing software preferred.
• Ideal: FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
• CAAS UA Pilot License (25 kg)

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting 5-day CAAS UAPL training courses.
• Support the Chief Instructor with practical training delivery.
• Prepare training materials and follow-up work (about 2 days).
