    You will be joining Dunlop Tyres Limited, a pioneer in the tire industry with a rich history of expertise and leadership in various tire categories. By partnering with industry leaders, Dunlop continues to provide durable and high-quality tires to its customers.As the Tyre Sales Manager for the North India region, your primary responsibility will be to oversee sales operations, expand the dealer network, and drive business growth across multiple states. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong background in tyre sales, an established network of dealers, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in North India.Your key responsibilities will include driving sales growth for tyre segments, building and managing a strong dealer/distributor network, acquiring new business partners and clients, monitoring sales performance and competitor activities, collaborating with the marketing team for local campaigns, ensuring timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction, managing inventory, collections, and resolving channel conflicts effectively. You will also be responsible for preparing detailed sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis and conducting extensive travel across North India for dealer visits, market surveys, and business development activities.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, along with 6-10 years of experience in tyre or related automotive product sales in North India. A deep understanding of the North Indian tyre market, excellent negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in Hindi and English (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus), and a willingness to travel extensively are essential requirements. Experience with leading tyre brands, exposure to both replacement and OEM channels, and knowledge of commercial vehicle, passenger car, and off-road tyre segments are preferred qualifications.This is a full-time position with benefits including paid sick time, paid time off, and performance bonuses.
