NES Global PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee frontline maintenance and turnaround activities at the site, ensuring work is performed safely, on time, and to approved specifications.

You will coordinate with contractors, inspectors, operations, and engineering to ensure a smooth handover. The role requires a Diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering or Plant Maintenance and 5+ years in refinery or process industries.

Qualificações

• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to report progress clearly and consistently.
• Experience coordinating contractors and inspection activities.
• Familiarity with permit-to-work and QA/QC processes.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise frontline technicians and contractors during turnaround and maintenance activities.
• Monitor daily field execution progress against the master schedule and scope.
• Coordinate with Inspection Focals, Operations, Engineering, Technical and Asset teams.
• Verify material and tool readiness before work starts.
• Conduct final walkdowns and ensure completion per checklists.
• Update SAP notifications and work orders promptly and accurately.
