Job summary

CHINA RAILWAY TUNNEL GROUP CO., LTD. (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking a dedicated WSH Coordinator to implement and monitor workplace safety at our tunnelling project in Singapore. You will enforce WSH policies, conduct inspections, and liaise with project teams to maintain high safety standards.

The role requires ACWSH or equivalent and at least 3 years of tunnelling/underground experience, with strong knowledge of the WSH Act. Willingness to work a 6-day week on-site is essential.

Qualifications

• ACWSH or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years WSH experience in tunnelling or underground works.
• LTA project experience strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of WSH Act, regulations, and construction safety requirements.
• Willingness to work on a 6-day week and be stationed on site.

Responsibilities

• Implement WSH policies and safe work practices at the project site.
• Monitor activities for compliance with WSH Act and LTA requirements.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and toolbox talks.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective measures.
• Follow up on non-conformities and close-out actions.
• Assist with Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures, and Permit-to-Work systems.
• Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and safety communications.
• Liaise with site management and workers on WSH matters.
• Support WSH audits and regulatory requirements.
