Job summary

ASPIRE HUB EXCEL ACADEMY @ PAYA LEBAR PTE. LTD. seeks a passionate educator to deliver lessons aligned with the MOE Primary Science syllabus and the in-house curriculum.

You will motivate students, communicate progress to parents, prepare teaching materials, support enrichment programs, and participate in business development activities. Working hours are 3 days a week, 4 hours per day, with training provided. Pay ranges from SGD 45 to SGD 60 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong passion for teaching and capable lesson delivery.
• Familiar with Singapore MOE Primary Science syllabus.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1+ year teaching experience preferred but not required.

Job Summary

We conduct our classes in small groups of 1-6 students only. Teach relevant subjects following the Ministry of Education’s syllabus and in-house curriculum, guide and motivate students to excel academically, communicate progress and advice to parents, prepare teaching materials, support enrichment programs, and contribute to business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons aligned with the Ministry of Education’s syllabus and the company’s in-house curriculum to ensure student learning outcomes
• Motivate and guide students to improve their academic performance through personalized support
• Communicate student progress and provide actionable advice to parents to foster student development
• Prepare and develop teaching materials and curriculum to enhance lesson effectiveness
• Support School Enrichment Programmes by assisting with planning and execution as needed
• Participate in business development and promotional activities

Requirements

• A strong passion for teaching and excellent lesson delivery skills
• Familiarity with Singapore’s latest MOE Primary Science syllabus
• Preferably 1+ year of teaching experience
• Fresh graduates in any field and experienced teachers are all welcome to apply

Working hours:

• 3 days a week (to be discussed with employer), 4 hours per day

Pay:

• $45.00/hour to $60.00/hour
