Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Enrolment
- Actively convert walk-in, WhatsApp, and call enquiries into confirmed enrolments
- Follow up promptly on all new leads and trial lessons
- Conduct sales consultations with parents to understand needs and recommend suitable classes
- Maintain enrolment pipeline using CRM or centre management system
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute centre-level marketing campaigns (e.g. flyers, social media posts, referrals)
- Engage in community outreach (e.g. nearby schools, events, booths) to generate leads
- Monitor lead sources and track ROI on campaigns
- Work with HQ or vendors to manage online listings, ads, or SEO
Customer Relationship Management
- Build rapport with parents and students to encourage long-term enrolment
- Handle feedback and resolve issues to improve retention and satisfaction
- Proactively identify at-risk students and follow up to reduce dropouts
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Education or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or education services preferred
- Confident communicator with a strong sales personality
- Able to work weekends and weekday evenings
- Bilingual (English + Mandarin) preferred for parent communication
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Canva, Facebook Ads, or Google Forms is a plus
