Job summary

Job description

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Enrolment
  • Actively convert walk-in, WhatsApp, and call enquiries into confirmed enrolments
  • Follow up promptly on all new leads and trial lessons
  • Conduct sales consultations with parents to understand needs and recommend suitable classes
  • Maintain enrolment pipeline using CRM or centre management system
Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Plan and execute centre-level marketing campaigns (e.g. flyers, social media posts, referrals)
  • Engage in community outreach (e.g. nearby schools, events, booths) to generate leads
  • Monitor lead sources and track ROI on campaigns
  • Work with HQ or vendors to manage online listings, ads, or SEO
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build rapport with parents and students to encourage long-term enrolment
  • Handle feedback and resolve issues to improve retention and satisfaction
  • Proactively identify at-risk students and follow up to reduce dropouts
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Education or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or education services preferred
  • Confident communicator with a strong sales personality
  • Able to work weekends and weekday evenings
  • Bilingual (English + Mandarin) preferred for parent communication
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Canva, Facebook Ads, or Google Forms is a plus
