A dynamic educational centre seeks passionate tutors for primary and secondary students in Singapore. The roles involve conducting lessons, developing lesson plans, and providing feedback. Candidates should possess a minimum of an A Level or Degree and a desire to help students succeed, with flexibility for part-time or full-time schedules.
Location: Tampines
Working Days: Flexible working days
Working Hours: weekdays 2.30pm to 9pm
Salary is commensurate with the number of days worked and the candidate’s level of experience.
Join our dynamic and growing team ! We are looking for a passionate and committed part/full-time tutor to guide and inspire our primary/secondary school students.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and effective lessons for Primary/Secondary students.
Develop customised lesson plans and materials based on MOE syllabus and individual student needs.
Provide regular feedback on student progress to parents and centre management.
Mark and review students’ worksheets and assessments.
Identify learning gaps and provide targeted support to help students improve.
Assist in administrative or academic duties as needed
Take full responsibility for the academic development and overall well-being of all students in your classes by delivering prompt and meaningful feedback.
Establish and uphold effective classroom management to promote a positive and engaging learning environment. This involves setting clear expectations, addressing student behavior appropriately, and nurturing a culture of mutual respect.
Requirements:
Minimum A Levels/Diploma or Degree
Familiar with the Singapore MOE syllabus preferred.
Patient, responsible, and passionate about helping children succeed.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Part-time and full-time positions available. While prior experience in teaching/tutoring primary or secondary students is preferred, candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
