• Oversee operations and manage parent/student enquiries as Tuition Assistant Manager.
• Conduct and prepare lessons for Mandarin and Wei Qi classes as Chinese Tutor.
• Communicate student progress with parents and assist with teaching duties.

New concept enrichment program center at Kovan, Hougang, and Eunos with intelligence developing Wei Qi classes and unique Chinese classes for children and adults, looking for:

• Tuition Assistant Manager

- Good communication skills to handle enquiries from parents and students

- Good social media marketing skills

- Good poster designing and video editing skills

- Oversee the whole operation

- Reply to enquiries via email and WhatsApp

- Willing to learn basic Wei Qi for orientation to new students

- Accounting / Basic bookkeeping skills

- Minimum 2 years of after-school education admin experience

• Chinese Tutor, Fundamental Wei Qi Tutor

- Conduct unique Mandarin classes and Wei Qi classes for preschool and primary students in a fun and engaging way

- Follow provided teaching plans to ensure lessons meet learning goals

- Observe and record students' learning progress

- Prepare and complete student assessments and progress reports

- Offer feedback and support to help students improve

- Communicate with parents to update on their child’s development

- Assist with other teaching-related duties and center activities as required

- Social media and poster design skills or experience are a plus

- 1 year of Chinese teaching experience for Chinese tutors and 1 year of enrichment experience for Wei Qi tutors

- Flexible hours on weekdays and weekends from 9am to 6pm

- Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
