[Tuas Chemical Plant] 6 Months Contract Chemical Lab Technician (Up to 5K) #HJC

Location: Tuas Chemical Plant, Singapore

Contract Duration: 6 months

Working Details

Bus Pick Up: Boon Lay, Outram

Working Hours: 12-hour shift: 8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am (2-2-3 shift pattern)

Compensation & Allowances

Basic Salary Range: $2.3K - $4K

Allowances:

• Shift Allowance: $750
• Site Allowance: $200
• Transport Allowance: $100

Job Scope

• Receive, collect, and sort samples
• Perform incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality checks promptly
• Document all test results accurately and report deviations
• Investigate anomalies
• Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures
• Follow all Quality Control plans
• Maintain, calibrate, validate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
• Participate in inspection of installations, if required
• Manage stocks and orders
• Follow up on audit findings
• Maintain laboratory standards and participate in improvement initiatives
• Participate in shift handover meetings
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• NITEC or Diploma in Material Science, Chemistry, or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years lab experience in Chemical Laboratory
