Job summary

NHG Health invites applications for a clinical nurse position at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) to deliver high-standard patient care. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, collaborate with doctors and allied professionals, and support patients with disease management and health promotion.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of clinical experience and active registration with the Singapore Nursing Board.

Responsibilities

• Engage in nurse counselling, monitoring and patient education on disease management and health promotion.
