Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to assist in nursing care under supervision and to support clinic operations. This role involves phlebotomy, basic patient education, and coordination of admissions and discharges.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, maintain clinical documentation, and contribute to safe, high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Nurse registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• NITEC or Higher NITEC in Nursing completed.
• 1–2 years of relevant clinical or outpatient nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering nursing care under supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or physician.
• Perform general clinic nursing duties, including phlebotomy and assisting in clinic‑based procedures per established protocols.
• Support pre‑ and post‑procedure care, admission coordination, and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs and the healthcare team to ensure safe patient care delivery.
• Provide basic patient education, counselling and monitoring for chronic disease management under supervision.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation per standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Perform general clinic nursing duties, including phlebotomy and assisting in clinic‑based procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Support pre‑ and post‑procedure care, admission coordination, and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with physicians, Registered Nurses, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure smooth and safe patient care delivery.
• Provide basic patient education, counselling support, and monitoring for chronic disease management and health promotion under supervision.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with institutional and regulatory standards.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer or department management.

Job Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC in Nursing
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant clinical or outpatient nursing experience preferred.
• Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and patient engagement skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Adaptable, responsible, and able to function well in a fast‑paced clinic environment.
