Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to assist in delivering patient care under supervision in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment.

You will perform general nursing duties, including phlebotomy, assist in procedures, and help with pre/post-care, admissions, and discharges while maintaining quality documentation.

Qualifications

• NITEC / Higher NITEC in Nursing is required.
• Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board as Enrolled Nurse.
• Proven ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or physician.
• Perform general clinic nursing duties, including phlebotomy and assisting in clinic-based procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Support pre- and post-procedure care, admission coordination, and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with physicians, Registered Nurses, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure smooth and safe patient care delivery.
• Provide basic patient education, counselling support, and monitoring for chronic disease management and health promotion under supervision.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with institutional and regulatory standards.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer or department management.

Job Requirements

• Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and patient engagement skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Adaptable, responsible, and able to function well in a fast‑paced clinic environment.
