Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a Trust and Safety project role. Responsibilities include participation in communications projects and data analysis to provide insights. • Assist in managing internal Learning Management System.
• Provide insights by analyzing data sets and maintaining dashboards.

Job description

1 year contract (Contract renewable)
Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm
Location: Midview City (nearest mrt: bright hill)
Salary: $2.8 - $3k (depending on education and qualification)

Duties

• Participate in Trust and Safety projects which includes:
  Trust &Safety communications projects.
  Assisting in maintaining and managing internal Learning Management System
  Working with internal stakeholders to drive assigned Trust and Safety projects
• Assisting the Trust and Safety team data needs by analysing and deciphering data sets in order to offer insights and recommendations which includes:
  Assist in maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualisations to assist stakeholders in comprehending data patterns and insights.
  Execute regular compliance validation checks
  Working together with cross-functional teams to collect data requirements that satisfy business requirements.
  Offering data-driven insights to help decision-making and supporting ad hoc data analysis requests.
  Data quality and accuracy are ensured via gathering, cleansing, and transformation from multiple sources.

Requirements:

- Min Diploma/Degree with knowledge on navigating SQL interface (Eg. Must know basic queries to extract data)

- Proficient in excel (Pivot table is a must)
