Qualifications

BOS Trustee Limited is the trust company owned by the Bank of Singapore Limited. Headquartered in Singapore and regulated by MAS, the company provides trust administration services for private trusts. The incumbent will join the trust reporting team in supporting the finance and accounting related activities. A team player to join and support the trust company in performing fee billing and providing accounting support for trusts and/or underlying companies.

Main duties
  • Maintain timely and proper accounts and other financial records for a portfolio of trusts and/or underlying companies.
  • Provide accounting support to the Trust Administration team such as distributions, payments from and receipts into trusts and/or underlying companies.
  • Prepare annual income tax filing, companies' (e.g. BVI, SG) annual filing and any other regulatory filings as required for a group of trusts and/or underlying companies.
  • Prepare annual and ad hoc financial statement for a group of trusts and/or underlying companies.
  • Carry out annual and ad-hoc trust fees billing
  • Ensure completeness of bank portfolio statements received.
  • Monitor daily interfaces into accounting system.
  • Contribute efforts for ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by Management.

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting. Candidates in the midst of pursuing ACCA accreditation will be considered.
  • 3 to 5 years of trust accounting experience is an advantage.
