Truemeds - Supply Chain Analyst & Process Improvement Manager
You will be joining our team as a Supply Chain Process Improvement Manager in the Supply Chain Strategy department, reporting directly to the Director of SCM Strategy. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, with a requirement to work from the office. As a Supply Chain Analyst and Process Improvement Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our supply chain operations by focusing on process optimization, data analysis, technology enhancements, and overseeing the implementation of pilot projects. Your role will require a strong analytical mindset, experience in process optimization, and a dedication to leveraging technology to drive operational efficiency.Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed assessments of current supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies, implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, and tracking the impact of process improvements. Additionally, you will analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement, provide actionable insights for decision-making, develop dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, and support data-driven initiatives.Furthermore, you will identify opportunities to leverage technology for optimizing supply chain operations, work closely with IT and other departments to implement technology solutions, create detailed business requirement documents, and ensure that all technological improvements align with the company's strategic goals. You will also plan and manage the rollout of pilot projects, coordinate with stakeholders for smooth implementation, monitor project success, and communicate lessons learned for future improvements.To succeed in this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management, process improvement, or a similar field, strong analytical skills, proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, experience in technology implementation and creating business requirement documents, excellent project management skills, effective communication and interpersonal abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and innovation.Preferred qualifications include experience with automation and digital transformation in supply chain processes, familiarity with data analysis tools like Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau.
