Job summary

MGO GO PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Fuel Tanker-Transport Driver to safely operate road tankers up to 28,000 litres hazmat capacity, loading fuel and lubricants and delivering to designated customers.

You will perform pre/post-trip inspections, maintain vehicle cleanliness, follow safety policies, and use onboard devices to record deliveries, while providing excellent customer service and adapting to flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Class 4 driving license is required.
• 2 years of commercial driving experience required; fuel/tanker experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays.
• Strong reading, computer, math and verbal skills.
• Strong desire to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate the vehicle safely and responsibly, respecting property, motorists and the environment.
• Follow company safety, policies and procedures.
• Perform vehicle pre/post trip inspections per company requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of the company vehicle.
• Use onboard/portable devices to receive orders and record deliveries.
• Load product at loading facilities according to procedures.
• Deliver bulk fuel or lubricants, verify correct load.
• Participate in safety meetings and training as directed.

Job description

The primary role of the Fuel Tanker-Transport Driver is to safely drive road tanker with a maximum 28,000 litres hazmat liquid capacity. The Tanker driver loads fuel (Gasolines, Distillates, Liquid Petroleum Products, Lubricants). The Tanker driver safely transports the load to the designated customers location.

Job Description:-

• To operate the vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, respecting customers property, other (motorist) and the environment
• To agree to follow company policies & procedures, safety policies, environmental stewardship
• Efficiently perform vehicle pre/post trip inspection in accordance with Company requirements
• Maintain cleanliness of company owned vehicle
• Utilize onboard/portable electronic devise to receive dispatched orders and record deliveries
• Correctly Load product at various loading facilities), adhering to the policies & procedures of the loading facility
• Deliver bulk fuel or bulk lubricants to customers, verifying the load is correct
• Participate in safety meetings and training as directed by the company

Requirements:-

• Diploma or equivalent
• Class 4 driving License
• 2 years prior commercial driving experience required, fuel or hazmat tanker experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays
• Must have strong reading, computer, math, and verbal skills.
• Must demonstrate strong desire to provide excellent customer service
