Job Summary

The General Tree Care Team are the muscle of our operation. These industrial athletes work together to provide high-quality tree care, helping to maintain and preserve the overall health of our clients' landscapes.

This position pays between $25-$30/hr depending on years of experience, plus paid PTO, benefits, and a 401K plan.

The General Tree Care Team is the backbone of our operation. These team members work outdoors, visiting beautiful properties in their community, applying expertise in climbing, pruning, and safety to ensure the health and well-being of each client's landscape.

What a day is like

Daily activities involve working collaboratively on a Tree Care crew to provide high-quality services such as pruning, removals, cable bracing, and other tree care practices. Team members operate equipment safely and deliver excellent service to clients.

What kind of person are we looking for?

• Experience with proper pruning practices for large shade trees and ornamentals
• Ability to identify native and introduced tree and shrub species, with knowledge of their characteristics
• Ability to climb without spurs
• Experience with tree care safety standards
• Practical knowledge of chainsaw and equipment operation
• Experience with aerial lifts (bucket trucks)

What is essential

• The desire to work outdoors
• Valid U.S. driver's license; CDL is a plus
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
