Toobit in Singapore seeks a diligent treasury specialist to handle daily fund disbursements, expense claims, and account administration. You will open accounts, perform KYC/KYB updates, maintain ledgers, and support month-end closes in line with internal controls.

Monitor balances, flag unusual transactions, and collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Risk teams on reviews. Strong Excel skills and bilingual Mandarin/English are essential; 1–3 years of treasury experience or fresh graduates

Formación

• Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or related.
• 1–3 years in treasury, cash management, payments, A/P, or banking; fresh graduates considered.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity; understand operational procedures.
• Proficient in Excel with good data handling and doc management.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English for cross-border communication.
• Strong learning agility to adapt quickly to new responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Improve treasury procedures and support automation and risk initiatives.
• Assist with other treasury, banking, and finance duties as assigned.

• Execute daily fund disbursements in accordance with the company's approval procedures and internal risk control policies.
• Process employee expense claims, review receipts and supporting documents, and ensure timely and accurate reimbursements.
• Manage the company's financial accounts, including account opening, access management, KYC/KYB documentation updates, and other account administration matters.
• Monitor account balances, promptly identify and escalated any unusual or suspicious transactions.
• Maintain treasury records and ledgers, perform balance reconciliations, and support month-end closing, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Work closely with the Security, Compliance, and Risk Management teams on internal and external security and compliance reviews.
• Continuously improve treasury operating procedures, checklists, and internal control processes, while contributing to workflow automation and risk management initiatives.
• Assist with other treasury, banking, and finance-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Basic Requirements

• Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in treasury, cash management, payment operations, accounts payable, or banking. Fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered.
• Strong attention to detail, a good understanding of operational procedures, and a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with good data handling and documentation management skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a cross-border working environment.
• Strong learning agility, with the ability to adapt quickly to new responsibilities and processes.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

• Previous experience in the Web3, blockchain, or digital asset industry.
• Basic understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices and relevant financial regulatory requirements in Singapore, including those issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
• Experience using ERP systems, treasury management systems, or financial management software.
