About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Senior Manager to lead treasury activities across multiple regions, including the UK, Middle East, and India. You will play a key role in driving the organisation's financial strategy and ensuring its continued growth and success.

You will be responsible for leading all treasury activities, including:

1. Corporate and project financing
2. Loan agreement structuring and negotiation
3. Banking relationship management
4. Capital structure planning
5. Identifying opportunities to reduce funding and hedging costs
6. Reviewing new investment opportunities
7. Providing Treasury advisory
8. Delivering quarterly risk assessments and dashboards

Additionally, you will ensure the organisation's financial stability and growth.

Skills and Experience Needed

The ideal candidate will possess excellent degree qualifications with more than 10 years of relevant experience in a treasury or finance role. A proven track record of leading teams and delivering results is essential, as well as strong business acumen and analytical skills. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams is crucial. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other treasury management systems. Financial modeling skills are desirable.
