The Treasury Sales role offers an opportunity to join a financial markets team and work closely with Corporate and Private Banking relationship managers to deliver treasury and risk management solutions to clients across Singapore and the region. This hybrid position provides exposure to foreign exchange, interest rate, and commodity-related solutions while contributing to business growth, product development, and market strategy execution.
Partner with Corporate and Private Banking relationship managers to provide financial market solutions that help clients manage foreign exchange, interest rate, and commodity price risks
Support clients across Singapore and the region, with a focus on Chinese corporate and private banking customers
Lead and coordinate new product implementation initiatives, including documentation preparation, system testing, and collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Develop strategies and marketing plans to enhance foreign exchange and derivatives business performance and profitability
Collaborate with internal departments to drive business initiatives and support treasury-related activities
Prepare and analyse business performance data, identify key growth drivers, and uncover opportunities to expand the business
Support management and department-wide initiatives as required
Minimum 4 years of experience in the banking industry and corporate treasury environment, preferably within FX or derivatives sales
Completed the Financial Markets Regulatory & Practices (FMRP) examination requirements, including RES 1A, RES 1B, CM-SIP, and RES 5
Experience working with Chinese corporates or covering a China desk within the Asia/Oceania region is preferred
Strong understanding of the Chinese financial market and established professional network within the industry is advantageous
Knowledge of foreign exchange, derivatives, and financial market solutions for corporate clients
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data and identify growth opportunities
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese to effectively engage with stakeholders and clients
