Job summary

BIT is a leading digital asset financial services group headquartered in Singapore. We are seeking an experienced treasury professional to manage counterparty relationships, digital asset accounts, and payments workflows across time zones.

The role involves ensuring due diligence, settling funds, and supporting month-end reporting as part of a global team. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor degree in accounting/finance/economics and 5–7 years in treasury or payments processing, with English

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field.
5–7 years in treasury, banking operations, middle-office, or payments processing.
Strong knowledge of treasury, trade settlements, and funds movement.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Fluency in English; Mandarin advantageous for cross-language work.

Responsibilities

Managing and supporting various aspects of the organization’s business activities and counterparty relationships.
Opening and managing the organization’s digital asset (sub) accounts / wallets held in platforms of various counterparties.
Handling and approving payment instructions raised by business partners; verifying and cross-checking payment amounts and counterparties’ wallet information.
Completing payment processes, releasing funds to counterparties, ensuring due diligence on processes and procedures.
Operating with teamwork and flexibility, sometimes during evening hours or weekends/public holidays to liaise with counterparties from different time-zones.
Supporting month-end reporting processes.
