Job summary

Pioneer Services is seeking a hands-on Digital Asset Treasury & DeFi Operations Specialist to support treasury operations, custody, wallet operations, on-chain transactions and DeFi activities. You will work across custody platforms, exchanges and wallets to ensure accurate reconciliation and secure operations.

The role requires 2–4+ years in digital assets or DeFi operations, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of Ethereum/EVM networks.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in digital assets, Web3, treasury, trading operations or DeFi operations.
• Hands-on experience with institutional custody platforms, exchanges and multisig wallets.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL or Python knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with wallet addresses, networks and transaction parameters.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across institutional custodians, exchanges and digital asset wallets.
• Execute transfers, multisig transactions, token swaps and cross-chain transactions.
• Manage wallet whitelisting, user access and transaction approval workflows.
• Support DeFi activities including liquidity provision, staking, lending and asset rebalancing.
• Monitor wallet balances, stablecoin liquidity and operational funding requirements.
• Track on-chain transactions and maintain accurate records for reconciliation and reporting.
• Monitor gas fees, slippage, protocol risks and unusual on-chain activities.
• Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Compliance and other internal teams.
• Maintain strong maker-checker, verification and transaction security controls.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Asset Treasury & DeFi Operations Specialist to support our treasury operations. The role covers institutional custody, wallet operations, on-chain transactions, DeFi execution, liquidity management and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across institutional custodians, exchanges and digital asset wallets.
• Execute transfers, multisig transactions, token swaps and cross-chain transactions.
• Manage wallet whitelisting, user access and transaction approval workflows.
• Support DeFi activities including liquidity provision, staking, lending and asset rebalancing.
• Monitor wallet balances, stablecoin liquidity and operational funding requirements.
• Track on-chain transactions and maintain accurate records for reconciliation and reporting.
• Monitor gas fees, slippage, protocol risks and unusual on-chain activities.
• Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Compliance and other internal teams.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of relevant experience in digital assets, Web3, treasury, trading operations or DeFi operations.
• Hands-on experience with institutional custody platforms, exchanges and multisig wallets.
• Good understanding of Ethereum/EVM networks, BNB Chain and major DeFi protocols.
• Familiarity with tools such as Safe, Etherscan/BscScan, Dune, DeBank or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of smart-contract interactions, token approvals and wallet security.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL or Python knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling wallet addresses, networks and transaction parameters.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle time-sensitive treasury operations.

Good to Have

• Experience with Solana, cross-chain infrastructure, institutional custodians, wallet-risk monitoring or treasury automation would be an advantage.
