Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide back office support and services for private banking and treasury operations.
  2. Support Treasury and Private Banking projects, including UAT testing and system enhancements.
  3. Assist with new business and new products in Treasury and Private Banking.
  4. Support branch business operations.
  5. Assist in establishing processes and risk controls for transactions, settlements, confirmations, statements, corporate actions, and routine jobs.
  6. Verify transactions, settlements, confirmations, statements, corporate actions, and routine jobs.
  7. Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports as required.
  8. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  9. Implement risk monitoring mechanisms to prevent audit issues.
  10. Supervise and monitor department staff performance, providing guidance and training.
  11. Participate in training to enhance banking knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Treasury Operations settlement.
  2. Experience with Continuous Linked Settlements (CLS).
  3. Settlement experience in a banking environment.
  4. Good knowledge of financial products: FX, FX Options, Swaps, Equities, Funds, Bonds, Notes, Structured Products.
  5. Experience with banking systems (e.g., Murex, FCC, PB system, Swift, MEPS+, SGTR system).
  6. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  7. Ability to guide and monitor team members’ performance.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  9. Knowledge of relevant regulations, AML & Terrorist Financing, Customer Data Protection, and Operational Risk issues.
