Job Description

  • Support daily treasury operations, including cash management, FX transactions, and liquidity monitoring to ensure efficient execution of financial activities.
  • Prepare and submit accurate periodic reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Singapore Branch and Head Office, covering treasury performance, funding positions, and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and analysis on global economic developments, interest rate movements, and investment strategies to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across risk, compliance, finance, and operations teams to ensure all treasury activities comply with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and manage treasury systems and processes to support operational excellence and mitigate potential risks.
  • Provide administrative and documentation support, including preparation of audit materials, policy updates, and meeting materials.
  • Undertake ad hoc assignments, projects, or enhancements as directed by the Department Head, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the treasury function.

Job Requirement

  • Recognised Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Banking and Finance, quantitative statistics or other related STEM disciplines.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments, ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Prior relevant internship or working experience, or possession of recognized certifications, such as CFA, FRM, is an advantage.
