A leading employment agency in Singapore is seeking a Treasury Officer to support daily operations in cash management, FX transactions, and liquidity monitoring. The ideal candidate should hold a recognised Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance or a related STEM field, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and have experience working with multiple stakeholders. Job Description
Support daily treasury operations, including cash management, FX transactions, and liquidity monitoring to ensure efficient execution of financial activities.
Prepare and submit accurate periodic reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Singapore Branch and Head Office, covering treasury performance, funding positions, and market trends.
Conduct market research and analysis on global economic developments, interest rate movements, and investment strategies to support informed decision-making.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across risk, compliance, finance, and operations teams to ensure all treasury activities comply with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and manage treasury systems and processes to support operational excellence and mitigate potential risks.
Provide administrative and documentation support, including preparation of audit materials, policy updates, and meeting materials.
Undertake ad hoc assignments, projects, or enhancements as directed by the Department Head, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the treasury function.
Job Requirement
Recognised Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Banking and Finance, quantitative statistics or other related STEM disciplines.
Strong analytical and communication skills
Good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments, ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Prior relevant internship or working experience, or possession of recognized certifications, such as CFA, FRM, is an advantage.
