Job summary

Singapore Post is seeking a Treasury Manager to oversee cash management, execute cross-functional treasury activities, and manage inter-company financing. You will ensure adherence to treasury policies, coordinate with legal and banking partners, and drive efficiency in liquidity and capital deployment.

This role requires 5 years of treasury experience, strong TMS and electronic banking skills, and solid analytical and communication abilities within a dynamic corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of treasury experience in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in TMS and electronic banking platforms; intermediate Excel skills.
• Analytical mindset able to identify issues and drive solutions.
• Strong communication and people management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage SingPost's cash management for efficient cash holdings and improved returns.
• Execute treasury transactions including FD, FX, derivatives, bonds, deposits and borrowings.
• Handle inter-company deposits and loan requests.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies and counterparty limits.
• Negotiate banking facilities at company or group level; coordinate with legal on Agreements.
• Assist with treasury documentation and bank-related paperwork.
• Help subsidiaries obtain Banker’s Guarantees; prepare monthly treasury reports.
• Support internal and external audits and compute WACC for SingPost.
• Collaborate with other functions and business units; participate in ad-hoc treasury projects.
