Job summary

XENDIT PAYMENTS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Treasury Lead to build and operate Xendit’s treasury function at scale. You will own liquidity, intercompany funding, banking infrastructure, FX and treasury controls across multiple entities and markets.

This is a highly hands-on role requiring practical judgment, pace and collaboration with Tax, Legal, Accounting and Finance to ensure strong governance as the Group grows.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with cash and liquidity management.
• Experience building or operating cash forecasting processes.
• Practical experience with intercompany loans and cross-entity funding.
• Experience managing multiple bank accounts, banks and currencies.
• Strong understanding of FX and treasury risk.
• Good knowledge of treasury controls and financial governance.
• Experience across multiple legal entities or jurisdictions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own liquidity and cash across entities and markets.
• Oversee intercompany funding, loans and settlements.
• Manage banking relationships and treasury infrastructure.
• Monitor FX exposures and hedging strategies.
• Develop cash forecasting and treasury dashboards.
• Strengthen controls and governance across treasury processes.
• Collaborate with Tax, Legal, Accounting and Finance.
