Treasury Lead: Scale Cash, FX & Banking

Job summary

Xendit is seeking a Treasury Lead to build and operate its treasury function at scale. You will work closely with the Head of Treasury across liquidity, cash management, intercompany funding, banking infrastructure, FX, treasury controls and financial risk.

This is a highly hands-on role. You will be expected to understand where our cash sits, where it needs to move, how it should be funded, what risks we are carrying, and where our treasury infrastructure needs to improve.

Qualifications

• Around 6–9 years of relevant treasury experience in a multinational or fintech environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with cash and liquidity management across entities and currencies.
• Proven ability to build cash forecasting and manage intercompany funding.
• Experience partnering with Tax, Legal, Accounting and Finance on funding structures.

Responsibilities

• Own liquidity and cash visibility across multiple entities and markets.
• Manage intercompany loans, settlements and funding requirements.
• Develop scalable banking relationships and treasury infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage FX exposures and treasury risk.
• Establish controls, governance and reporting for treasury activities.
