Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman, on behalf of a leading bank, seeks an experienced Treasury Lead for a 6-month contract in Singapore. The role requires 10+ years of treasury experience across front, middle and back office and hands-on leadership in liquidity management, ALM and funding strategy.

The successful candidate will have solid knowledge of MAS frameworks (LCR, NSFR, ILAA), familiarity with FTP frameworks and balance sheet analytics, and experience with treasury systems such as QRM or Murex.

Our client, is a leading bank, seeking an experienced Treasury Lead on a 6‑month contract to oversee treasury related activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of treasury experience across front, middle, and back office functions.
• Solid grasp of MAS regulatory frameworks, including LCR, NSFR, and ILAA requirements.
• Hands-on experience in liquidity management, ALM, funding strategy, and treasury operations.
• Working knowledge of FTP frameworks, balance sheet analytics, and treasury systems like QRM or Murex.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging across teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Sharp problem-solving instincts paired with the ability to build consensus across functions.
