Job summary

Michael Page International is recruiting a seasoned treasury leader to head the Singapore Treasury and ALM function for an established international financial institution. You will drive liquidity, funding, balance-sheet strategy and treasury performance, while leading treasury dealers and collaborating with senior management.

Ideal candidate brings extensive ALM experience, strong risk and regulatory knowledge, and a proven ability to manage relationships with regulators and market participants

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of relevant experience across bank treasury, financial markets, liquidity management and ALM.
• Strong knowledge of treasury products, funding, balance-sheet management, liquidity and treasury risk.
• Proven experience leading Treasury teams, supervising dealers and developing team members.
• Strong ALCO and senior-management exposure, with treasury analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills with established relationships across financial institutions, regulators and market participants.
