Job summary

WaterStone Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Treasury Front Office Support professional to join our treasury team in Singapore. This non-trading role focuses on treasury operations, FX support, trade processing, reporting, and administrative activities.

You will bridge dealing desks with middle offices, coordinate workflows across internal teams, prepare market updates and analytical materials for reviews, and assist with client onboarding.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline, such as Banking, Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for treasury and FX activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution of assigned tasks.
• Support treasury dealing teams through trade documentation, transaction processing, reporting, and coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Prepare market updates, treasury reports, presentations, and analytical materials to support business reviews and decision-making.
• Assist with client and counterparty onboarding activities, including documentation collection, process tracking, and coordination across internal teams.
• Maintain and improve operational processes, controls, and reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide administrative support to the Treasury team and participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.
